Founder & Executive Director of Clinical Operations
Shannon has chosen to work in the mental health field for over 20 years, utilizing her innate desire and passion to advocate for children. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her extensive career began in the juvenile justice system working to preserve and reunify at-risk families.
While furthering her training, she transitioned from outpatient counselor to behavior specialist, where she met a child with Autism and immediately found her life’s calling. Shannon completed her post graduate work to obtain her certification in Behavior Analysis and considers practicing in Applied Behavior Analysis her most rewarding position.
Shannon is a proud native of Gulf Breeze and is excited to provide this essential service within this wonderful community, in which she lives with her husband, Dr. Michael Leveille and their two children.
Tara Rietz, MA, BCBA
Clinic Director
Tara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has experience working with children between the ages of 2 - 9. Tara has extensive experience treating children with behavioral, emotional, developmental, communication and feeding disorders. Tara received her master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University after receiving her bachelor's degree in Psychology at University of West Florida. Tara lives in Pensacola, Florida and currently resides in the lovely downtown area with her young daughter.
Tara has a special interest in early intervention. Tara enjoys helping young children reach developmental milestones and reducing severe behaviors. Tara believes in gentle teaching through natural play and building clients' receptive and expressive language to help tolerate, cooperate and communicate for themselves in challenging contexts.

Tiffany Morris, MA, BCBA
Supervising Analyst/ Schedule Coordinator
Tiffany has worked with children with developmental disabilities for 13 years. She holds a master's degree in Exceptional Student Education & Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. Tiffany is a confident leader who exemplifies patience and understanding within her ability to facilitate growth in the children with whom she works. She provides strong leadership and support for the entire team. Tiffany enjoys spending her free time with her children and two dogs.

Amanda Bazo, MA, RBT
Lead Behavior Therapist/ Clinical Trainer
Amanda received a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies and a master’s degree in Family and Human Science. Amanda received her second master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism from Ball State University. Amanda brings leadership, passion and energy to her work. She is dependable and the epitome of a team player.

Thaise Cuadros, MS, RBT
Behavior Therapist Junior Lead
Thaise was born and raised in Brazil. She has been living in the United States since 2015 and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is pursuing her second master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of West Florida. Thaise has a passion for Behavior Analysis and a special love for teaching social skills and hopes to continue learning and growing within the field bringing her knowledge and dedication to as many families as possible.

Samantha Bass, BSW, RBT
Behavior Therapist Junior Lead
Samantha holds a master's degree in Exceptional Student Education & Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and has transitioned from a wonderful career in social work. She brings to our clinic 18 years of experience with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced adverse childhood trauma. Samantha enjoys playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding and doing outdoor activities with her husband of 20 years and their three young children.
